Remuneration: $31.22 per hour + Overtime + Performance Bonus (if eligible) + 14% Superannuation

Position Overview

This role is best suited to individuals with previous experience in high-volume delivery operations. Primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting manual loading and unloading of freight in accordance with company procedures
• Executing timely, accurate deliveries (typically 60–100 stops per day)
• Representing FedEx with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Maintaining full compliance with all safety regulations, operational standards, and vehicle protocols

Candidate Requirements

• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Valid Medium Rigid (MR) driver’s licence
• Clean driving record (no more than six demerit points within the past three years)
• Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment screening, including:
• Drug and alcohol testing
• Driving performance assessment
• Criminal history check
• Functional assessment
• Demonstrated attention to detail, efficiency under pressure, and adherence to procedural standards
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanour
• Prior experience in courier or freight delivery highly regarded
• Availability during peak operational periods, including November and December
