What you’ll be working on

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the Gold Coast Station, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements. You will manage a team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure efficient and effective operations within the Station.

  • Manage and lead a team across various operational functions
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
  • Oversee vendor management and ensure effective collaboration with suppliers
  • Manage department budgets and optimize costs
  • Plan and schedule resources to ensure department priorities are met
  • Recruit, develop, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team objectives
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
  • Continuously seek to improve team effectiveness and efficiency using quality-driven management principles.
  • Ensure completion of audits and reviews of existing processes or documentation.
  • Handle customer service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
