About the role:

Go behind the scenes in our special services team. Our Operations Support Agents play a key role in the day to day operations, providing the key link between drivers, customers and internal stakeholders. Our Operations Support Agents will be engaging our customers regarding deliveries, to ensure we can get their freight to where it needs to go, whilst working alongside our internal stakeholders to provide them the information they need.


  • Provider customer resolutions for both internal and external customers
  • Coordinate movements of freight
  • Assist with arrangements for freight to be moved within a crucial time frame
  • Work closely and collaborate with other teams within the business
  • Working closely with airlines to ensure coordination of time critical deliveries


Experience required:


  • Previous warehouse experience desirable



  • Previous airline experience desirable
  • Outstanding customer service experience
  • Safety focused with an understanding of chain of responsibility
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
