Operations Administrator (PM)
FedEx/TNT Express is one of the world's leading providers of business-to-business express delivery services and we have a fantastic opportunity for a professional Operations Support and Administration Clerk at our Enfield depot, to actively contribute to and take responsibility for the effective administration and support of the operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing relationships with staff, peers, management and customers and ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all internal and external clients.
- Working towards assisting operations personnel in their roles and would need to action Administration reports.
- Data entry
- General administrative support for the depot and depot management
- Assisting in maintaining accurate personnel files for weekly and monthly staff
- Any other related task as directed by the Manager.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, sound organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work within a team environment and as a team player
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvements and adapt to changes in the workplace

- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
