What You’ll Be Working On

As a National Account Executive, you will strengthen and grow FedEx’s most strategic customer relationships, driving profitable growth through long‑term partnerships and new national account acquisition.

The role provides direct exposure to C‑suite stakeholders across FedEx and major global brands, giving you the opportunity to influence key decisions and elevate our value proposition.

You will also contribute to national sales strategy, working closely with a high‑performing team to support long‑term business success. Your drive, commercial focus, customer‑first mindset, and proven ability to exceed targets will be essential in this exciting and challenging role.

Main Responsibilities

  • Acquire new national customers through targeted sales strategies
  • Grow and retain existing accounts, meeting revenue and relationship goals
  • Ensure profitable growth and high customer satisfaction
  • Work confidently with senior decision‑makers and support broader sales initiatives

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Proven success in growing accounts and winning new business
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to engage decision‑makers at all levels
  • Transport or service‑industry sales experience (desirable)
