What you’ll be working on
FedEx is looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead a talented team, drive regional ANZ strategy, and deliver measurable business impact across the APAC region. If you’re energised by solving complex challenges and influencing senior stakeholders, this role puts you right where decisions are made.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing marketing team
- Recruit, coach, and guide a team of professionals to consistently deliver strong results.
- Build and execute regional marketing strategies
- Coordinate resources, align plans with corporate goals, and present initiatives to senior leadership for approval.
- Drive brand, product, and customer experience initiatives
- Oversee brand and advertising programs, product development, customer analytics, and experience design.
- Lead major projects from concept to implementation
- Manage cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring they’re delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify opportunities and shape business decisions
- Analyse trends, evaluate risks, and champion initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.
- Strengthen internal and external relationships
- Collaborate with senior leaders, vendors, consultants, and occasionally media or external bodies.

You’re a strategic thinker, a confident leader, and someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, global environment. You know how to turn insights into action and lead teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Significant experience in marketing management with proven results in strategy, product development, analytics, or communications
- People management experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, analytical, planning, and decision‑making skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑moving environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
