What you’ll be working on

FedEx is looking for an experienced Healthcare Quality & Regulatory Compliance Advisor to strengthen the quality, regulatory and audit performance of our healthcare logistics network across the AMEA region. If you thrive on solving complex quality challenges and influencing senior leaders, this role puts you at the centre of high‑impact work.

  • Lead the development and rollout of healthcare transportation and fulfilment SOPs, work instructions and quality standards.
  • Drive improvements to the Quality Management System (QMS), including CAPA, compliance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Design and manage internal, customer and certification audit programs to ensure readiness and regulatory alignment.
  • Act as the primary quality advisor for healthcare customers, resolving escalated issues and supporting RFQs, questionnaires and quality agreements.
  • Provide strategic regulatory and quality guidance to senior/executive leaders across multiple countries.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects that improve operational quality, compliance and customer outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field is mandatory, plus a local Pharmacist licence.
  • 8+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or life‑sciences quality/compliance roles.
  • Strong understanding of regional healthcare regulations, GxP and quality systems.
  • Proven ability to lead audits, improve processes and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
