Job Type: Full-Time, Approx. 6.30am start

The Role:
We are looking for a Driver Supervisor to lead and manage our dedicated team of bulk drivers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for supervising delivery operations, driving team performance, and maintaining our commitment to safety and excellence. As part of our operations leadership, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and achieving our operational KPIs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of a team of drivers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Providing leadership and guidance, ensuring the team is motivated, well-trained, and compliant with all operational standards.
- Monitoring driver performance, conducting performance reviews, and managing any necessary coaching or disciplinary actions.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve operational issues and improve delivery processes.
- Promoting FedEx’s Safety-Above-All culture by ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times.

- People Management: Demonstrated experience in managing teams, coaching, and fostering a collaborative work environment, preferably in operations.
- HR Licence (Desirable): HR Licence is preferable, though this is not a deal-breaker depending on your experience.
