Position Title: Courier

Location: Welshpool, WA 6106

Schedule: Approximately 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time

Position Overview

This role is best suited to individuals with previous experience in high-volume or pallet delivery operations. Primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting unloading of freight in accordance with company procedures - manual handling and heavy lifting may be required.
• Executing timely, accurate deliveries (typically 25-30 stops per day)
• Representing FedEx with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Maintaining full compliance with all safety regulations, operational standards, and vehicle protocols

Candidate Requirements

• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver’s licence minimum - C Class (Car) licence holders need not apply.
• Clean driving record (no more than six demerit points within the past three years)
• Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment screening, including: drug and alcohol testing, driving performance assessment, criminal history check, & functional assessment
• Demonstrated attention to detail, efficiency under pressure, and adherence to procedural standards
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanour
• Prior experience in courier or freight delivery highly regarded
