About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Operations, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing professional, efficient, and confidential secretarial and administrative services for one or more members of management. Duties can include administrative support, diary management and workload planning, travel management and office management. 

  • Carrying out general administrative support
  • Diary and travel management
  • Reporting and presentation preparation
  • Inducting contractors working on site
  • Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and reporting
  • Ensure high level of customer service is demonstrated to internal and external clients
  • Property maintenance coordination
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Management administration support to senior managers
  • General reporting and meeting minutes
  • On-boarding support for new hires

Experience and skills required:

 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • Experience in the transport industry is desirable but not essential
  • Customer service experience 
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
