Administrative Assistant


About the Role:

Reporting to the Manager - Operations, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing professional, efficient, and confidential secretarial and administrative services for one or more members of management. Multiple roles available.

  • Carrying out general administrative support
  • Diary and travel management
  • Reporting and presentation preparation
  • Inducting contractors working on site
  • Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and reporting
  • Ensure high level of customer service is demonstrated to internal and external clients
  • Property maintenance coordination
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Management administration support to senior managers
  • General reporting and meeting minutes
  • On-boarding support for new hires

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in an administrative or secretarial role desirable
  • Experience in the transport industry is desirable but not essential
  • Customer service experience 
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
