EA to VP Australasia

TNT Australia is in the midst of an exciting period of business growth and significant change, and we need talented people like you to help us maintain the momentum.  This role reports to the Vice President for Australasia and also provides support to other Directors.  You will thrive on working autonomously, take things in your stride and be prepared to roll up your sleeves and support where needed.  You will be super organised with strong attention to detail. 

The Role:

  • Contribute to the climate of active continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems
  • Manage the diary and office of the Vice President of Australasia.
  • Prepare, distribute and file correspondence, documents, presentations and reports
  • Effectively maintain a good team spirit and professional working environment
  • Ensure an accurate and efficient flow of information to all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Expense management, administer raising purchase orders, processing and coding invoices for payment
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is given to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with team members, peers, management and customers in a manner that seeks and encourages involvement, recognising and valuing contributions
  • Manage and maintain the filing system
  • Coordination of travel for the Vice President of Australasia, other directors and their team members as needed
  • Organise conferences and meetings (overseas and interstate) catering, ordering stationery, monitoring attendance, and other tasks as required
  • Responsible for staff welfare and corporate events (flowers, cakes, local and national events,charity partnerships, etc.)
  • Any special projects as required
  • Ensure compliance with statutory OH&S, Dangerous Goods and Environment Legislation
  • Comply with legislative obligations and all policies and procedures of the company as replaced, amended or varied from time to time
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all internal and external clients
  • Any other related task as directed by the Vice-President and other Directors

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Timely and accurate support to Vice-President and other Directors
  • High levels of customer service with all stakeholders
  • Accuracy and timeliness of output
  • Cost savings to business
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-pace office environment
  • Preferably a minimum of 5+ years PA support at a senior level
  • Tertiary qualification in Administration or related discipline (preferred)
